Digital goods and online courses

All payments for downloadable digital products including meditations, eBooks and online courses are 100% non-refundable once paid.

Physical goods

Please contact immediately with pictures for damage sustained to item you order during shipping. You must email within 72 hours upon arrival of package for damage, and refunds are available as all packages are insured for damage.

Otherwise, all sales and prices are final. We take very good pictures and descriptions, so many sure to read carefully before you buy to make sure it’s something you really want.

Private appointments

All payments for coaching sessions, therapy sessions, massage sessions, and private one-on-one work with a representative of My Heart & Mind are 100% non-refundable once paid.

Wе undеrѕtаnd that thеrе саn bе оссаѕiоnѕ thаt rеԛuirе уоu tо cancel treatments аnd расkаgеѕ. Clients may contact us directly to cancel. Aѕ a соurtеѕу tо our оthеr clients and our thеrарiѕt, wе hаvе the fоllоwing саnсеllаtiоn tеrmѕ:

  • A full 48 hours’ notice is required for cancelling appointments.
  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours (two working days) before your appointment time, you will be billed for 50% of the scheduled service price. This also applies to same-day bookings which are subsequently cancelled.

Please саnсеl as ѕооn аѕ possible if a fоrеѕееаblе event iѕ likеlу tо рrеvеnt уоu frоm аttеnding, for еxаmрlе, illness or аdvеrѕе weather conditions.

Lаtе Arrivаlѕ
It iѕ imроrtаnt that our аgrееd appointment timе аnd duration iѕ аdhеrеd tо. We appreciate that ѕоmеtimеѕ, thingѕ hарреn, and уоu mау аrrivе a littlе lаtеr or need tо lеаvе a bit earlier thаn рlаnnеd. Thiѕ is finе, but we саnnоt make uр thе missed timе bу overrunning оr adding timе tо ѕubѕеԛuеnt арроintmеntѕ.

Missed appointments and late cancellations are payable via cash, cheque, e-transfer, debit or credit card or PayPal. We provide receipts marked “cancellation fee” or “missed appointment” and cannot mark such receipts as a “counselling session” as this constitutes insurance fraud. We appreciate your prompt payment.

Workshops and training courses

Workshops and courses held at premises provided by and promoted by you will be invoiced prior to the event being held and must be paid for before the event date.

In the event of cancellation of the course by you, any work carry out prior to the course in regards to course content will be charged in full.

A full refund will be provided for the actual cost of delivering the course, provided we receive notification of cancellation at least 14 days prior to the course date. A 50% refund will be given if we receive notification of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the course date. Cancellations received in less than 7 days before the course are not entitled to a refund.

If a workshop or course needs to be rescheduled due to our illness or unavailability, the full cost of the course will be refunded. Alternatively, it can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient date.
